EVERY THURSDAY AT 7PM Thursday night we gather in this little backyard sanctuary for a yoga flow + guided journal session to strengthen your mind-body connection! Surrounded by garden magic, you’ll find space to reconnect with yourself while you soak in the serenity of an enchanting night practice! 7PM EVERY THURSDAY! We're practicing the patience required to keep going til spring comes and we finally see a sprout again! This series is for you if:

• you feel like you need proof to trust your intuition
• patience is not your strong suit (you want to practice)
• delayed gratification makes you want to die
• you're ready to strengthen your resilience capacity
• stillness/slowness feels foreign + uncomfortable

What you need to know: 1 hour session! 7PM BLUE HOUSE! Come to the back through the big wooden gate ON THE LEFT SIDE at the end of the driveway PARK ANYWHERE ON THE STREET! Thing you'll need: yoga mat water bottle towel (optional) bug spray (optional) Journal (paper will be provided if you forget) ----------------------------------------------- ~ Maddie is a yoga teacher with a gift for weaving breath, movement and intuition into every session.
