Aries Full Moon Yoga + Mercado

Come join us for a relaxing evening of yoga under the moonlight, outdoors at the beautiful The Kaleidoscope Thornton Park during the best night market in Downtown Orlando The Moon Mercado ✨

Embrace the energy of the Full Moon as we flow through a calming and empowering full moon yoga practice releasing all that is no longer serving us. Our flow will incorporate meditation, gentle yoga, and Chandra Namaskar (moon salutations) promoting balance and self-discovery as we channel the energy of the moon around us + within us. This is a slow flow, we will not be rushing through our practice.

Our yoga session is beginner and family friendly! If you miss registration, please feel free to still drop into class for $15! We start at 6:30pm!

Please bring the following and anything else you may need to make your practice comfortable.:

• BYO Yoga Mat

• Yoga blocks and/or any other supportive tools to make your practice comfortable

• Water

• Dress comfy

After Yoga, enjoy shopping, community, and vibe with the community drum circle!
