A guided creative practice that blends neuroscience and art to help release stress, rewire thought patterns, and create inner coherence. A little art, a little mindfulness, and a fresh perspective. Ever notice how your thoughts can feel tangled? Sometimes our minds get so busy trying to figure everything out that what we really need is a different way to explore what's going on inside. What if you could give those tangled thoughts somewhere to go? Join us for a relaxing, creative experience that combines mindful drawing, self-reflection, and a little curiosity about how our minds work. Through Neurographic Art, you'll transform simple lines and shapes into a unique piece of artwork while exploring a challenge, emotion or intention that's meaningful to you. As you draw, round intersections and connect shapes, you'll be invited to slow down, shift your attention, and discover new ways of looking at familiar thoughts. There's no need to make something beautiful, meaningful, or even recognizable. Sometimes the magic is simply in the process.
During this 75-minute guided experience, you'll:
Absolutely! You don't need to know how to draw. Artistic talent is completely irrelevant here, and perfectionism isn't invited either. This experience is especially wonderful for curious minds, busy thinkers, and anyone who wants to explore mindfulness but finds traditional meditation a little challenging. Come on your own or bring a friend. All art materials are provided, and no previous art or meditation experience is necessary. Come with a busy mind. Leave with a colorful creation and perhaps a little more space to breathe.
