Join us for Collective Breath, a monthly gathering on second Wednesdays for our community to come together, breathe and connect within a non-directive, self-paced space.
Each session is guided by licensed mental health counselor and long-time Center Street supporter Pamela Goldsmith, LMHC. Pam curates a powerful musical landscape and offers gentle guidance, while each participant breathes at the rhythm that feels right for their body.
This experience is activating, designed to bring energy to the system rather than create deep relaxation. It can be grounding and regulating for some, but the intention is to stir, awaken, and move what wants to move.
Pam's musical selection is nothing short of transformative. With a deep interest in the healing properties of sound and its impact on altered states of consciousness, her research at the California Institute of Integral Studies focused on music for ketamine-assisted therapy.
Whether you are new to breathwork or a long-time practitioner, this is a space for community, curiosity and embodied presence.
